Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do if I am arrested?

Having legal representation early is critical. If Police want to speak to you about any matter, you can call us on 027 601 1794 (Brittany) or 027 367 1097 (Elena).

It is important to remember that you have the right to remain silent and should always speak to a lawyer first before being questioned.

How much do you charge?

Our fees depend on the severity and complexity of your matter. We provide an hourly rate as well as fixed fees depending on the circumstance. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Will I get bail?

Bail is decided on numerous factors such as the seriousness of the charge(s), previous history, and the risks of reoffending or not appearing in court. It’s more likely for minor offences and harder (but still possible) for serious charges.

We can apply for bail and propose conditions to address any risks. If bail is refused, we can reapply if circumstances change, or appeal to the High Court.

Do you provide legal aid services?

Yes - we act for both legally aided, and privately instructed clients.

I want to plead guilty, do I need a lawyer?

Yes - having legal representation ensures that you receive a fair outcome. We will ensure the sentencing Judge has all relevant information about you and will advocate for the least restrictive sentence appropriate for your circumstances.

I'm worried about having a conviction, what can I do?

Get in touch with us so that we can discuss your situation and advise you of your options. Depending on your circumstances, you might have grounds for a discharge without conviction application.
